3 Super Easy & Cheesy Appetizers

Are any of you compelled to make “Super Bowl Food” even if you don’t watch the game? Even though I have no idea who is playing, I still plan to serve yummy appetizers in honor of the game lol! Since many folks are doing the same, I decided to share 3 appetizers for cheese lovers. Each one is very different, but hopefully there will be one that you love.

• This Pimento Cheese “Redneck Charcuterie Board.”  This is literally “a thing” at SEC tailgates (especially my alma mater Auburn University). The fact that this is one of my all time favorite appetizers must mean that I am a little “red” lol.
• This Cheddar, Green Onion & Olive Dip is super cheesy, spicy, and complex. You won’t find this one in a google search; it is truly a unique, one of a kind recipe that my friend Marie shared on the blog (and in the video). Zane and I are officially addicted to this dip. SO yummy!
• The Best Velveeta Cheese Dip with Sausage is ALWAYS a hit with teen boys. My daughter had friends over recently, and one friend (a boy) told his mom to get the recipe:-) Mine is kicked up a notch, as all my recipes tend to be.

My New Blog Post on the Instant Pot Air Fryer

I have raved about it to all my friends and family, and many have asked me to do a tutorial on how to use it.
