Some tips that will help you with this dish! First of all, I baked my chicken breasts in the morning and chopped/refrigerated them until I began making the dish. Secondly, I chopped a head of cauliflower and placed it in a bag in the fridge. I used about half of it for this recipe, you only need a cup and a half for the recipe. Finally, another thing I did to make this recipe faster was that I grated the fresh parmesan ahead of time.
