What is Alfredo Sauce Made Out Of?

Alfredo sauce is a mix of cream, parmesan, romano cheese, butter, and a wide blend of spices. This sauce is SO creamy and delicious, especially with the combinations of chicken and cauliflower. You will love it!

Does Chicken Alfredo Need Additional Seasoning?

When I baked the chicken, I seasoned it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once I drained the pasta, I tossed it with extra virgin olive oil and a little bit of garlic salt. Because I had seasoned those two ingredients, it made everything else perfectly seasoned as well! The alfredo sauce adds a ton of flavor, it for sure won’t be lacking!

Some tips that will help you with this dish! First of all, I baked my chicken breasts in the morning and chopped/refrigerated them until I began making the dish. Secondly, I chopped a head of cauliflower and placed it in a bag in the fridge. I used about half of it for this recipe, you only need a cup and a half for the recipe.
