Since coffee is such an integral part of our morning routine, we knew we had to find a way to keep the coffee but leave behind the negative effects it had on us. In this episode, I share the details of our new coffee routine that tastes delicious and leaves us feeling healthier and energized all day long.
My Perfect Cold Brew Ratio:
After experimenting many times with the ratio of coffee grounds to water, I have found that a ratio of 1:4 is the perfect balance. Usually, I use 1 cup of grounds and 4 cups of water, but of course, you can double or triple this to suit your cold brew needs!
