Dr. Mike Vaughn is going to share some helpful information on the importance of Omega-3 supplements (fish oil). Because of Dr. Vaughn’s knowledge in the area of anti-aging, my family has learned a great deal, and fish oil is a MUST in our home. Although we aren’t as consistent as we should be in giving it to the kids, Zane and I take fish oil every day. When Dr. Vaughn told us once, “you can do without a lot of things, but NEVER do without fish oil,” we listened.
Below, Dr. Vaughn shares helpful information about Omega-3 supplementation and why he believes it is something we should all take seriously….
When I saw this recipe on Pinterest, I had to try it. With just a few tweaks, this made a wonderful, delicious tenderloin that stretched for several meals. I used the leftovers for pulled pork sliders–a huge hit with my daughters
Since this a slow cooker recipe, you can throw everything into the pot and forget it for at least 6 hours. Just make sure your temp is set to low, as tenderloins are not terribly thick and could dry out if left too long on high….
Every Monday, my blog will be addressing a skin care question that will be answered by my friend and dermatologist, Dr. Jo Lynn Herzog. Last week’s topic dealt with the importance of daily moisturizer with sunscreen and nightly moisturizer with retinoid. For today’s post, Dr. Jo will answer the following question from one of my readers:
I am 45 and already see many changes in my skin and face. I don’t want to go the plastic surgery route, but I do want to know what other options I have for maintaining a youthful appearance.
Today in Becoming Beauty Savvy, I am sharing skin care advice from my friend and dermatologist, Dr. Jo Lynne Herzog. Last week, I asked her the following two questions: 1).What products should I be using every day to keep my skin looking its best? 2) Where can I find these products at the best price?
Dr. Jo Lynne Herzog, M.D.

WHAT IS MASTER’S PERFORMANCE?
Masters Performance is a program specifically designed for aging adults. As we get older, our body starts to become less resilient and we are more prone to health problems. This science-backed program addresses the specific needs and weaknesses of each client. Clients undergo a physical assessment before they begin. In this assessment, Sean evaluated the client’s movement, morbidity, morbidity scales, cardiovascular system, and more. This program can help prevent everything from small nagging injuries to more serious health concerns. Sean has helped clients in their 50’s all the way to their 90’s live a more independent lifestyle!
