T.Lish Sweet Garlic Vinaigrette has been labeled a “hidden gem” by Paula Deen and is gaining recognition in stores across the U.S. This product is not only a fabulous salad dressing but also a flavorful marinade. Myriad great recipes can be found here on the T.Lish website.
It is all natural, gluten free, and contains no artificial ingredients or MSG. It is simply a unique blend of canola oil, red wine vinegar, fresh garlic, sugar, and spices. The sweet garlic flavor is fresh and subtle~not the least bit overpowering.
The recipe below is one of the ways that I use the product. It couldn’t be easier, and my whole family loves this healthy salad.
First, I take chicken tenderloins (these are frozen from Costco), drizzle them with T.Lish Sweet Garlic Vinaigrette, and sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. I cover these lightly with foil and bake in my Breville Smart Convection Oven for 45 minutes, uncovering the last 15, or until tenders register 165 degrees on a meat thermometer.
After removing the tenderloins from the oven, I sprinkle them with a bit more sea salt and ground pepper and cut them into chunks.
These chunks of chicken have a sweet, tangy, garlicky flavor that my kids like to eat plain as well as on salad. The chicken can be made a day ahead and kept in the fridge for the next day.
The recipe below is our favorite way to use this dressing, and I named it the T.Lish Sweet Garlic Vinaigrette Chopped Salad. If you try this, I’d love to hear back from you! As always, thanks so much for stopping by. Be blessed, and stay savvy!
