Viral Small Group Salad!
🥗
I’m finally sharing the recipe for the salad that went “viral” in our small group last week!!! I shared it on my stories, and so many of you are asking for deets, so here goes!👏👏👏

The salad is super simple to put together, but the combination of ingredients is uniquely yummy!! Here’s the cast of characters:
🐩
Spring Mix (I used 1/2 SM 1/2 baby spinach)
Halved cherry tomatoes
Diced cucumbers (I peel mine)
Chopped purple onion
Chickpeas (I sautéed mine in EVOO until golden)
Sliced or diced Kalamata olives
Quinoa (I got from @publix salad bar)
Crumbled feta
Greek vinaigrette
Drizzle of Balsamic Glaze (I forgot to add)

🌶️🍋🍍@starbucks spicy lemonade taste test!! OK guys, I was intrigued by the combo of “spicy” and “lemonade,” so I taste-tested 2 and came out with a CLEAR WINNER!!! 🏆I chose to try the Dragonfruit and Pineapple. Here’s my take:

Spicy Dragonfruit: Bright flavor with zest and a strong but pleasant “spice kick” that lingers. It was neither tart nor sweet, just refreshing. Enjoyed the dragonfruit pieces floating in the drink. Would I buy it again? Probably, but I don’t think I’ll be craving it or making a trip through the Starbucks line to buy one. I rate it 8 out of 10.

Spicy Pineapple. LOVE at first sip!!!! It delighted my palate with the bright pineapple flavor that paired perfectly with the spice. (Think spicy margarita or cocktail). This one was refreshing~not annoyingly~sweet. It was so fresh and delicious and flavorful I wished that I had ordered a grande (which I will next). It gets a 10 out of 10!!! I’ll be going back for more, as THIS is a drink that I’ll be thinking about and enjoying until they take it off the menu
