CINNAMON ROLL APPLE PIE MUFFIN TOPS❤️This recipe only includes 3 ingredients and will be perfect to serve to your guests this holiday season!🎄

INGREDIENTS
1️⃣Comstock apple pie and fruit filling
2️⃣1 can cinnamon rolls with icing included
3️⃣Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣Spray a muffin top pan with oil (I used avocado oil)
2️⃣Press each cinnamon roll into the individual spaces in the pan
3️⃣Place apple pie filling on top
4️⃣Bake at 350F for about 20-25 min until golden
5️⃣Drizzle icing on them after removing from the oven and enjoy!😍It will make your house smell AMAZING!

My wellness arsenal!

One way I try to stay well is nasal irrigation. I’ve done a saline rinse DAILY for 20+ years! It is the first thing I do every morning!!!
🤍
Here’s why I rinse daily and what I use:
💙Viruses can enter the nose, so nasal rinse can flush them out.
💙My nasal rinse contains xylitol (antiviral properties in some studies)
💙 I use @xlear but @neilmed is also good!
💙 Use distilled or purified water.
NEVER leave sinus packets laying around. Xylitol will kill dogs. Tucker spent 3 nights in the Emergency vet as a puppy after chewing on a sinus rinse packet. It must not have broken the seal because he was fine.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

What is a classic southern dessert that you adore?😋For me, I adore a flaky buttermilk pie. If you’re a chocolate lover, then you may enjoy this chocolate version even MORE!🍫All I did to make it chocolate was add 1/3 cup of cocoa powder to the original recipe.
