A couple weeks ago, I shared a Tuna Pasta Salad recipe made by one of the BEST cooks I know, @mariegmarino! Here is another fave recipe of hers that I love and recommend: Italian Green Salad with Avocado💚Plus, you can make it ahead to prep for a gathering!

All I do to make it ahead is:
1️⃣Chop lettuce and slice tomatoes
2️⃣Dice avocados and squeeze fresh lemon juice over them
3️⃣Dice the onion and keep the onion in red wine vinegar or ice water until ready to use
6️⃣Put all the ingredients on the bottom of the bowl and place the lettuce on top (to prevent the lettuce from being soggy)
7️⃣Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Then, top it with extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic salt!😘

🚨EASY WEEKNIGHT MEAL ALERT🚨This tortellini alfredo is cheesy, easy, and is a dish everyone is sure to love! Here is how you make it:

1️⃣I used frozen cheese tortellini; Boil it per package directions
2️⃣Save a splash of pasta water for later
3️⃣Add 2 jars of @raoshomemade alfredo sauce (I think Rao’s is the closest to homemade-tasting pasta sauce)
4️⃣Add as much shredded parmesan as you like and stir
5️⃣Pour mixture into a baking dish
6️⃣Pour a splash of pasta water into your empty mixing bowl and mix it with the remnants of the pasta sauce
7️⃣Pour on top and add additional shredded parmesan on top
8️⃣Bake in 350F oven for 15-20 min. Then enjoy!
