Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies
These Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies are a triple layer of brownie, peanut butter, and chocolate. Easy, delicious, and pretty on a plate!
My friend Teresa is a fabulous cook, and the first time I tried these chocolate peanut butter brownies I immediately asked for the recipe! I am a brownie fanatic, and these are some of my favorites. If you love Reeses Peanut Butter cups, these will be right up your alley. The chocolate & peanut butter layers are very similar in texture and flavor to Reeses cups.
For those who want to make “from scratch” brownies, this is fine; however, I’ve always made these using the Ghirardhelli mix, and they are outstanding. I buy the Ghirarardhelli mix with chocolate syrup packet included, but you can use your favorite brand.
Try these; you won’t be disappointed! The photo above is one from my friend Teresa’s kitchen. She is so good at cutting her brownies into perfect squares straight from the pan. If you are like me and need help getting perfect squares, line the pan with parchment before baking the brownies. Then, lift the entire brownie layer from the pan once cooled, and it will be super easy to cut into squares.
I so appreciate all of you who visit my site, and I love hearing from you if you try any of my recipes. Always feel free to leave comments or suggestions! Thanks for being a reader. Be blessed, and stay savvy!!!
